why not scrub those dirty toylets in style.
starch and iron the fabric before you make the ruffle
sew a straight line..about 1/2 inch in..don't
backstich. hold one thread and sinch the other
..careful not to break the thread.{use widest stitch}
pinned the first few..yeah. too much work.
you really don't need to do that. i sewed them right
side out..and used a zig-zag stitch.

don't worry too much about the seam looking perfect..

cover it with some super duper strong glue.matching

ribbon.sew on a bow.burn edges..done! happy cleaning.
